How to Archive your Emails

Archiving emails allows you to clear space on your email server by downloading the emails from the server to your computer (sometimes referenced as local machine). This can be a very effected way of keeping your emails clean and organized while at the same time saving a lot of space on your email server. The process of archiving emails differs between the email client you use to access your emails. Once you archive emails you can open a specific date range of archived (or saved) emails whenever needed.
